The recruiting process is quite lengthy and it involves several steps. Firstly, you are asked to send some info about yourself as well as your CV and cover letter. Then, there is a testing phase where you are asked to reply to a series of tests. This step is quite lengthy, multiple hours are needed to complete it. The questions range from logical to behavioral to practical ones. The test are followed by three interviews, two of them are simple get-to-know-your interviews, whereas one of them is a problem solving exercise which can appear to be more difficult then the rest.
