The whole process took 7 week out of which most of the time was spent waiting. First stage: 8 online tasks - general knowledge and logic. 1.5 stage: 2 additional online tasks - basic coding skills/algorithms. Second stage: interview with an HR on culture and motivation. I was rejected after this stage (lack of passion for the position), so I did not proceed further. I would say that long waiting times between the stages is what kills passion. On the other hand, those who 'survive' definitely want this job the most. So, maybe it was the idea. Except waiting times, the process is great: HR is really helpful and respond to emails quickly.
