Il colloquio consiste in vari step: due set di problemi, una coding challenge ed eventuali colloqui HR e tecnici. I problemi sono relativamente complicati ed estremamente time consuming. Il processo di selezione dura più mesi, eccessivamente lungo specialmente se legato a un'eventuale tesi in azienda. Molto cordiali.

There was a task round and then some interviews. The process tests a lot of logical reasoning and quick thinking. The interviews were mostly focused around soft skills and problem solving. If you like logic puzzles this process is pretty interesting.

Two rounds of several tasks, most of which were logic problems, some were programing. After I did two interviews, a both were half behavioral, the second half was logic based on the first one and system design on the second one.
