Firstly, may we say how sorry we are that you didn’t have an excellent experience during the recruiting process. We invest a lot of resources into making it as great as possible because it’s so important that we get these decisions right. So it’s particularly disappointing to hear that you had issues with it.
Our job descriptions are very detailed—but, as you can imagine with a dynamic tech company, responsibilities and demands change constantly. That’s why we ask our candidates to take on several hours of challenges. It’s not ideal, of course, but we find it the only way to evaluate each candidate’s full skillset and suitability for the role while limiting subjective human bias.
