I came in and met with a few people. They were really nice and helpful. I then had a separate meeting with the DON who was so supportive. They asked questions about my experience. I had relevant experience that may not have been the exact position but I was able to explain how my previous experience would allow me to do well in this position. They asked me my strengths and weaknesses. They asked me if I had any questions which I would suggest you do your research about and ask thoughtful questions. Everyone was just so warm and welcoming here it was truly a great experience.
