Entretien
First round was aptitude + SQL + verbal. Pretty basic. Cleared it.
Then had a Skype interview. Cleared it.
Then they called me for the interview at their office. Explained me about the job profile.
Took another round of SQL test. Average. Cleared.
Finally, 5 people got shortlisted.
Then HR calls me for an interview. I go to their office & find out HR is out of station. They tell me come next day.
HR round. Cleared.
Call after a week to have another round.
Then another round with team lead.
Then another round with director.
At this point I was completely confused about the interview process of this company.
Tell me that they'll get back. They never did.
Wasted a whole month for all this.

Just asked me about my educational qualifications, my hobbies, strengths & weakness.
Had sql test in the beginning follow by couple of f2f rounds with managers and finally with MD. Every round will be an elimination round include the last one. So treat all with importance

Entretien
A few days after submitting my resume I got an email from Gensuite asking to set up a 15 minute window for a phone interview. They called right on time, unfortunately my phone dropped the call. They sounded understanding and the interview went on. It was going fine until they described the position as a help desk, not an associate business analyst, position. I understand the need to learn systems but the position revolved around one line of the job description. A Few days after the interview I got the rejection email.
