Two supervisors are present. They ask questions about your background, and they ask why you would want to be a caseworker. You are asked about your personal interest , Family commitments, Previous history working with children and families.

Very easy, basically tells you the job. Asks a few basic interview questions that would pertain to the role. Stress, handling conflict, comfortable with travel, etc. It was more of a conversation which I appreciated. The interview was with the director of the office.
