Recruiter screen, interview w/hiring manager, interviews w/the team, final interview w/Head of People. Process took nearly 2 months from start to finish, and it took over 2 weeks after the final interview to hear back about a decision. The recruiter sent a generic rejection email with no feedback, which was very disappointing given all the time and prep I put into the process.
