Everyone I interacted with was very polite. I went through the initial screening interview and an interview with the hiring manager. The interviews felt natural, and they sent me quick replies and updates throughout the process.

I was contacted by the HR located in UK. He rescheduled the meeting 3 times for different reasons such as being sick, etc!!!! Later, we met at last, and he gave me a positive feedback that I greatly fit with the role and he has to pass my resume to the senior scientist and get back to me. The next morning, he sends me an absurd email saying "this role has been placed on hold due to us not being able to give an estimate as to when we can proceed with a hire".
