I wasn't given any pen or paper to solve problems on. Some mental math problems.
One trader who looks like he hasn't slept for days and a pretty girl came into a room. The trader guy kept asking me questions while the girl was taking notes. The office looked nice, and the atmosphere was calm.

Applied online through my campus career center. Had no finance experience and am not a STEM or business major, but still made it past the resume drop to the quantitative assessment. Pretty challenging, it felt like a lot of math I had done in high school and hadn't seen in 4+ years (e.g. If you have a box with x, y, and z dimensions, what's the length of the largest possible stick that could fit in the box stretching from one bottom corner to the opposite top corner). Lots of probability questions, and all questions had pretty restrictive time limits. I was cut after this, which was probably wise as I pretty clearly didn't have the quant skills to cut it as a trader, so they did their job!

The interviewer started with some questions related to the resume and asked questions on motivation to working as a trader. And then it followed some mathematical computation problems and probability problems.

The interview process was good. It was an online interview firstly and then office interview. My interviewer is pretty nice and kind. He tried to help me figure out math questions. The suggestion is that you need to prepare for some math questions before you start your interview. Good luck.
