I was approached by the company, the interview process was very robust and well setup. The interview starts with a problem statement that you work on off site and carries on with face to face interactions with various members of the team. It is structured well and objectively scored and at all points seemed to be moving forward.

It was an awesome experience interviewing with Belong. They objective everything and hence no room for emotional decisions or bias with the selection. It involved multiple stages such as telephonic round, one-one interview and hands on task and finally a presentation of the learning from the task
