Detached. Felt like I was filling a quota. No real investment in what skills I brought. Didn't even have my resume at hand. No specifics asked about previous work experiences.

Phone interview was basically screening and was accepted by just meeting the criteria. then in their office it was basically the introduction to the company with a couple of guys and then a color blind test and a driving test.
