I applied online, and the process took two weeks after submitting my resume. I interviewed in February 2025. I arrived early for the interview, but the interviewer never showed up. I waited 15 minutes past the scheduled start time before leaving.

More customer support questions than technical questions. Shorter than expected interview process. Thorough on the expected shift. Interview was completed over the phone. Would have been better face to face.
