Entretien
I was contacted via a Recruiter for the position and filled out paperwork with them initially. All of my contact was initiated via this Recruiter.
I interviewed with the local Hiring Manager/RM/SVP and received an offer via the Recruiter. We did negotiate a little. I failed to ask initially about relocation as this was a position in another state. Sadly, they offered me so little to do so it was laughable and should have been a red flag, but I wanted the job and the location.
There was an online test they use for personality, this does take some time to complete but the feedback is excellent insight into who you are and how you think, work and what you need to excel. However, it was apparent that no one looks at this after you are hired.

Most questions were about my background/experience, Stregnths etc. Very typical questions so I can't say any were difficult or unexpected.

Entretien
The interviewer was late and took multiple phone calls during the process. I felt as though the interview went good and followed up but neither the interviewer or HR recruiter would respond to any of my inquiries. Their lack of professionalism in the process may be some insight to how operations are run. Even if you do not intend to offer a position you should at least respond with an answer for the candidate.

Entretien
The initial interview process was quite lengthy. Bell Partners just acquired new properties in my region - so it's understood that they wanted to make sure they had the right fix. Upper Management is absolutely wonderful, and my HR Contact stayed in constant communication with me during the duration of the process. The interview in itself was one of the more difficult interviews I've experienced - but it shows that upper management really knows their stuff! The time and dedication that was taken to ensure the right applicants were chosen, shows the pride and effort that Bell Partners has in selecting their employees. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and would recommend Bell Partners as an employer!

Entretien
They are very engaged in Property Management they know their stuff! Can't pull the wool over there eyes. Met with Regional VP and met the new team. I sat first with the Team then the RM then VP.
Everyone was warm and friendly and it was a nice conversation. Bell Management is so very nice that I can't imagine anyone feeling uncomfortable while they are interviewing. They are obviously trying to find the right fit.
