Was tested on my knowledge of SQL, Python and SAS. They care more about your process thinking rather than your technical skills. How you'd deal with missing data. Urgency vs importance. And if you know sas outside of proc SQL.

You will first receive two phone interviews, which consist of some basic questions, and then you will have an on-site interview where most of the questions are common intermediate database questions. The interviewers are enthusiastic and happy to answer all your questions.

Entretien
Leetcode problems into 5 minute recorded "interview question" answering section. They weren't questions that could be worked out on the fly, as the time constraints were so limited that they had to be whatever the current, most time-optimized answers were.
Applied and got a video interview consists of three typical behavioral questions, such as why Bell and why this position. Had to answer each in 2 mins. Never heard back since then.
