It was very easy. Submitted my application. A week later I received an invite for a video interview. the questions were very simple, around three or four. Mostly related to why you wanted to work there and what you could offer.
Was an online video interview, consists of a few questions including both English and French. You can answer the French questions in English if you are not proficeient in French.
I submitted the application online, and received an email on video interview in a few weeks. Completed the interview with prompts on the screen and was done in maybe 30 min.
