Entretien
thomas assessments, online prerecorded video interview, 3 hour case interview with one hour for behavioural and follow up questions regarding the case. They asked in depth questions on the case - focus on numbers and how you got to your conclusion

Entretien
Went through three interviews, first one was with HR asking the usual "tell me about a time when" questions. Second interview is with the Regional Manager (your potential boss) and the third was with the Director of the company. The second interview is more skills related, knowing telecom, experience and your history of Managerial ability. If you get to the third, the job is yours as it is a "meet and greet" interview.
