I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

Entretien
They called me and we set up an interview that day. They were very anxious to hire me because I had full availability. They hired me on the spot and we set up times for me to start work. They worked with my schedule very well because my first week working there I had to go out of town for a few days.

It was pretty basic questions. They mostly asked about my past jobs. I didn't have any retail experience but they still hired me.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
