Entretien
I had one interview with the Store Director. I was hired on the spot. I then met with the department manager for a short time. I then met with the HR Director to set up my video training and computer testing. After a week of preliminary training and testing, I was assigned to a cashier trainer in the Better Ladies Department for two weeks. I was then assigned to the department that I would work in.

Are you willing to work 12 hour shifts during the Christmas season?
I was a referral and had a brief discussion with the manager and got the job relatively easily. I think getting this job was one of the easier jobs I was able to obtain. However, this was back in 2010.

They asked me what my availability would be since it was around the holiday season.
One Interview with the department manager for a sales position. Super short, simple, and to the point.
I received the offer same down and then had to schedule onboarding with Human Resources.
It was your basic questions. Went fine. Nothing too detailed but it was for a base position at the holidays. They were looking for anyone dependable with a car basically.
