I have been approched by the company via Linkdin, and after 3 rounds of interviews and I did great in all of them (one in-person). I received an offer and accepted it. I have been told that the contract will be send for signature shortly but unfortunately after two week of waiting and planning for the new job. The company did not send any contract and said due to new changes in their guidelines. the funny thing is that I have got a call 3 weeks later from a recruiter hiring the same position :)
