process was good, well organized, HR assistant led me to the function manager, with his colleagues, most of them read my resume in advance and asked me questions directly, after that, they have internal meeting to summarize their opinion

basic questions, about education, previous company, and the product i developed in the past, and how did i overcome the difficulties and fail, and my career goal, short term and long term, as well as my salary expectation, finally, i did some personality test and related forms
