At first, I got a referral from former employee of the company. I received a message from the former employee that they have a spot for IT assistant available. We set the time and day for interview. The day of the interview, I was in the meeting room with 3 different people of the company. Vice President, office director, and IT department senior manager. Each of them asked me basic questions regarding the position. The VP asked me about my background such as school, majors, and GPA. The office director asked such questions like I would do. And the department manager asked me what I am good at and what I will be doing at work. The interview was pretty simple and easy overall.

very basic questions such as why you want the job and are you willing to keep the job for years. they will accept you if you look naive and working hard. The thing is they will make you work for a long hours like over 50 hours a week. It is job where you get it when there is no where to go for your living. It could be a little help if your are put in office job because that's where you learn some real buisiness work. Otherwise they put you to their store where you just stand and help customers and pack items they buy.
