Applied online. Had a phone interview a few days later, in person interview a week later, and an additional phone interview a subsequent week later. Each time, the information on the job changed, ever so slightly. I could never get a straight answer on benefits offered, and they seemed to shun PTO in the first year. Benefits were apparently offered, however no one during the interview process could tell me what they were particularly.

Basic, 2 interview process. One over the phone as well as one in person. Second interview is conducted by 2 people. I interviewed with the Dallas branch, which is also the headquarters.

Entretien
The interview process went well. Discussed was the role basically a logistics sales role where you are calling people in need to have product shipped and then matching them up with available trucks/trucking companies. You have to obtain and manage your own accounts. For the right candidate they will train well for any candidate! No offered was made even though I was qualified believe due to the color of my skin based on what was seen in the office. I wouldn't have been a good fit obviously.
