Approached by recruiter for a position a few levels below my position at the time. Rebutted and interviewed with head of HR and COO. Basic understanding of business operations but nothing into the finances. Interviewed with CEO, big dreamer for the future of the business without the plan to get to the goals. Came and interviewed in person.
