The first interview is an online screening , similar to a HireVue process. You are prompted to answer questions that come up on a screen within a minute to two minutes. After this screening, they call you for a further personal phone interview.

It was quick and standard. The questions asked were focused on prior work experience and description of the job. There were a few situational based questions to judge how you would handle particular situations.

Interview with the department head with no further assessment. Discussion around cv and experience. Nothing really technical. Then a tour of the office. It was a good positive experience that resulted in a job offer.
