After applying and completing the company’s application and assessment, a recruiter emailed and scheduled a phone interview. This was followed by a manager texting me to schedule an interview in person. I waited for about 20 minutes at the office before I was taken to the interviewers office. The interview lasted about 30 minutes. After the interview, I followed up with a thank you text to the number that invited me to interview. The following week after not hearing back, I emailed the recruiter thanking them for the opportunity. I did not ever hear back from the recruiter or interview, by email phone or text.
