Interview involves at least 3 rounds - HR, Direct Manager, General Manager. The company observes a STAR method in the interview process and would leverage on your past key experiences in order to make sure that you fit in the role that you are applying for.

Consists of around 5 interview levels from the different departments . Each interviewer will check if you are fit in their department and if not, they can forward you to a different dept. The final interview will be with the CEO
