Asked about my past experiences and why the company in specific
Great and thorough process. Each step was communicated very well throughout but each interviewer was lovely and asked thoughtful questions. You get a good sense of whether or not you want the job by the time the process is over, you know what you're signing up for.
This was a multi-stage interview process consisting of an online assessment, a phone interview and finally a video interview. The total process took about 3 weeks, with excellent communication from the company.
