J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Beauhurst en déc. 2022
Entretien
I was recruited through a recruitment agency — and had quick and great communication through-out. It started off with an interview with the hiring manager, then I was invited back for a set of 3 back-to-back interviews with wider team/senior management and a task-based interview. My final interview was with the CEO.
I found the interview process quite intense, but very thorough — and for the most part it was very conversational! I never really felt like I was getting grilled. I really appreciated coming to the office for some interviews, and meeting a wide array of people. Everyone was really lovely, and made a stressful process that little bit nicer and more relaxing. Definitely wish other companies had interview processes like this!

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Beauhurst (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2021
Entretien
Started with a 30 minute interview with two people in the Ops team, very friendly and seemed interested in what I had been doing with my life over lockdown – not much. The questions they asked were challenging, digging deep into motivations for why I wanted to do the job and my experiences.
After the interview, they sent across a data task to do over the weekend.
Then I had 3x30 minute interviews and a 4th, 45 minute, interview with the two people I had spoken to at the start of the process. Everyone I spoke to was very friendly and happy to answer any questions I had about Beauhurst. The questions they asked were quite standard for an interview process and I never felt like they were trying to deliberately catch me out. My final interview of these, the interviewer did give me some particularly fiendish questions about myself.
The final round was an interview with the CEO (quite a bit earlier than I usually was waking up at that time), but again he was very friendly and open to answering any questions about Beauhurst.
