The interview was the standard two person panel with about 4 questions each. They were most interested in payroll processing experience, implementation experience (ADP), and most of all (to my surprise) determining whether I would fit in with their culture. The parent company is in Belgium, do upper management adheres to a more European atmosphere. That is very unique in a small rural town in Georgia.
