I applied online and they were looking for restaurant experience which I had previous experience, at the time 4+, they were looking for experience. You also have to be over 21 years old since you deal with a lot of alcohol. Overall they want people who are experience (some is good, and even with none, you can start as a host - no experience needed) and people who are unique
