It was a highly structured interview conversation. The questions that were asked were certainly thorough and very detailed. And they seemed appropriate and fitting to the person specification and made sense.

There was a 3 part interview process. The order was different for everyone so there was a rotation but for me it started with a reverse panel interview where a service user and someone who worked there answered some of my questions about the role. Then I had the main interview questions where they ask questions that relate to the person spec. Finally I had the resilience interview which looked at how I would be able to handle to emotional side of the job.
