I applied on Indeed and approximately 3 days later I got a first call from the Director of Engineering Jason Smith who spoke to me about the position and went over my resume. Then I was scheduled for a technical assessment with a SME Ray Riddle. Following that I was scheduled for a final round interview with the CEO Geoff Beasley. Some major positive points on the process was the constant and clear communication channel with Jason Smith who was there to answer any questions and sort of guide along the process. Another positive was their focus on the culture and the intangibles about the job such as benefits and the area. Overall I was very pleased with the whole process.
