I was called in to interview after two phone conversations with the recruiter. The interview was very laid back. However between the three of them, they did not offer me much time to speak or sell myself. The time I did get was rushed and interrupted, even if it was in response to a question. Most of the interview was spent telling me exactly how hard the job would be, using a scare tactic language as they “needed to make sure I would be up to the job”. They told me multiple times someone had taken this position then realized it wasn’t for them. And that the area they are struggling most with is recruitment (wonder why). They told me to take a day and call back if interested. Post interview I called back to tell them I was, I was told I’d have an answer or second interview request in two days. I waited 4, reached back out. Was told I’d have an answer in two days. Waited 3. Reached back out. Was told I’d have an answer the next week. Was not contacted. Did not reach back out.
