I applied online and was selected for an in-person interview. Two weeks later I was selected for the second round of interviews, which was a panel interview. Despite being told I would hear back, I never heard back from the company. Very unprofessional. After giving them several hours of my time, the least they could have done is let me know I wasn't selected. A simple two-sentenced email would have been appreciated.
