The process was very smooth at the beginning. I had an initial interview with the manager of and then was pretty quickly asked to take part in a panel interview with 3 employees. The interview went well, and then nothing. I followed up a week later and a few weeks after that, but have never received a response (email or call) to having done both of those interviews. It was really strange. I would have expected after two interviews and meeting with multiple people I would have at least gotten the courtesy of an email letting me know I wasn't a good fit.
One zoom call, not too hard, pretty basic interview questions. Asked about a challenge I encountered in previous roles. Job is not the most interesting but not extremely demanding. Intern program really varies along which department you are working with.

They really wanted to get someone who would help in this position and train him and support him in the best way
