1. Online Assessment

Duration: Approximately 10 minutes
Format: 10-question quiz-style assessment
2. AI-Based Video Interview
Content: Candidates discuss themselves and their long-term industry goals
Format: Video responses to predetermined questions
3. On-Site Assessment (for qualified candidates)
Location: Company office in Kawran Bazar, Dhaka
Components:
a) Descriptive written exam
b) Oral test
4. Final Interview (for shortlisted candidates)
Interviewer: CEO
Location: Kawran Bazar office, Dhaka
Duration: 10-15 minutes
Successful candidates who pass all stages may receive a job offer.
