I was head hunted and was taken out for a coffee when I agreed to come along. The manager called me a couple of times to discuss his vision for the new role and I was inspired by his long term employment and loyalty to the company. He was polite and made the interview very easy and laid back, I was comfortable to open up and have a laugh with him. I think I did well because there was not a nerve racking environment.
