There was an initial interview online with HR asking basic questions like how are you suitable for the sales role. After that, there was a face to face interview with the team leader.

It was a fair process, I depth questions. One of the interviews was a case based discussion the two others were personal interviews. Most of interviews are based on Bayer Values
