I had a promising start with the company, starting with an initial interview with HR from Poland. Following that, I had an interview with three people, one of whom had to leave early for another meeting. Despite this, the interview process was professional, and after the meeting, I received an email outlining the benefits and proposed salary.
I provided feedback to the manager after the interview, but my message was ignored for two weeks. I decided to follow up, but again, no response. After another week with no reply, I called the HR department in Poland, where I was assured that I would receive an answer by the end of the day. However, no response was sent.
This recruitment process has been not only unprofessional but also disrespectful. Ignoring a candidate’s communication after such a significant stage in the process reflects poorly on the company's values and attitude towards potential employees.
