they ask personal question then after few days they sent the invitation for the on site interview in their head office.
on site interview go with the detail question about the job description to know more about you and how fit with the position.
the process is very good and comfort.
and I got the offer 2 weeks after the on site interview.
Got referred, interview was scheduled the very next day. I was asked about the resume and projects mentioned in the resume basic questions and some hr questions. Not very difficult to navigate through.
