It was a phone interview with the manager, then I had a teams interview with multiple managers. I was also able to do a 1-2 hour shadow experience to meet the team I’d be working with.

It was a fairly straightforward HR phone interview. The recruiter was unable to answer the questions I asked of him, though. The interview felt rushed and like he was just checking a box on his end. He kept pressing why I wanted this position and said he felt I was overqualified.
