Was emailed, set up interview for the next day, phone interview was completed. I was very surprised during the interview that I was not asked many questions about myself or my experience. At the end of the interview, I asked about salary, and was told that the salary was 30k lower than was posted online, and that the position was part time.

The interview process was short and sweet. My interviewer was attentive, asked a lot of questions, but always made me feel hard on the answers. There was also room for regular casual conversation and jokes throughout.
