Incompetent HR. I applied for a position and 3 weeks later I get a phone call out of the blue. An HR person introduces himself and starts an interview with me right there. I had to postpone it as I was not in the position to have an interveiw in front of my coworkers. The HR person called me a little later, we went through the interview, he told me "Congratulations, you made it to the next round of the interviews. My coworker will call you tomorrow". We set up the time, and I never heard back from that company. I never had an email exchange with the HR person, nor got any confirmation of the meeting. A very unusual way of handling the interviewing process.
