When I was interviewed, they interviewers started off with questions regarding my knowledge of quality, which is the main purpose of the laboratories. The interviewee must know their science as well as their knowledge of quality. From the interview process, I determined that the company is the antithesis of Google. Google values individuality while Baxter allows for no deviations whatsoever.
