Laid back, more of an informal chat than an interview. Discussed previous experience and what skills you would bring to the team. I was told that I would be informed by the end of the week if I was successful or not, as they had a lot of interviews. I did not receive any form of outcome, I was completely ghosted. Very unprofessional, if you invite someone in for an interview, you can at the very least respond back to their application with a yes or a no. An automated email to multiple candidates is bare minimum.
