The interview process is very transparent at Bauli. I was given complete clarity about the job and what is expected from the candidates. The interview process was explained to me.

Question 1
The interview had 2 rounds. one with the HR and other with the supply chain manager. Supply chain questions were very technical in nature while HR's questions were to understand my behavioural capabilities.
