Two rounds of interviews. Second round is purely conversational, first one asks more behavioral and grills on resume. I think that decisions as to whether or not you get the externship are based on your referall/school, since outside of a few BYU kids there were no kids outside of the T25.

It was really short (20 min); the interviewer asked: 1) introduce yourself 2) why VC? 3) We spent a lot of time at the end just asking questions to the interviewer
