It was simple, it was also done on the floor when persons are shopping so that could be improved, but nothing challenging. I applied online and got called in for an interview after around 2 weeks

Will ask you to play out sales scenario towards end of shift. Very inviting and welcoming environment from management. You do not need prior sales experience they will teach you.

Very structured and easygoing. The hiring manager was very polite and asked important questions. I didn't hear back until about two weeks later, and I accepted the position. Ended up working there for 4 years and had an awesome experience.
