We went & sat in a quiet area & she asked me questions about what I had done at my previous job. She was very polite & smiled a lot. She was understanding that I was nervous & was patient with me. She gave me options of what position I would like to work.

Casual conversation about work experience and how you’d be able to contribute to the team. They asked me to do a mock sales pitch, where I tried to sell a product.
Very superficial, they will rate you out of 10 on looks and more before they decide to hire you. There is no office so interviews are conducted in the back store in a crammed area with no privacy.
